Rinse thoroughly and follow with your favorite body lotion or moisturizer.

How often: Start with 1–2 times per week for exfoliation, increasing only if your skin tolerates it comfortably. For a gentler cleanse, lather the bar between your hands rather than rubbing the espresso grounds directly against skin.
